Partners work with Microsoft to ensure a better outcome for their customers. Now, AI assistants can transform the everyday tasks into tangible business growth.
When it comes to AI, Partner Center AI assistant, now available in preview, is a generative AI-based feature designed to provide Microsoft partners with quick answers, personalized insights, and intelligent suggestions, all to help you reach your business objectives faster. It assists in managing daily workflows by extracting responses from various sources, such as Microsoft product documentation, partner program guides, and the partner's data in the Partner Center.
With AI assistant, you're in full control. Users interact with the AI assistant via a conversational interface that changes depending on the user's needs as they navigate through different workspaces. Partner Center AI assistant provides several key features to enhance the partner experience:
- Gives specific recommendations relevant to the user's activities and data in the Partner Center
- Offers intelligent suggestions for completing tasks, such as managing memberships, earnings, billing, and program enrollments
- Provides quick responses to partner queries by pulling from official documentation and user-specific data
Intended Uses of Partner Center AI Assistant
Partner Center AI assistant makes it easier for partners to get the information they need in real-time without speaking with a person at Microsoft or chatting with the company using AI. This tool can respond to queries about any of your Partner Center workspaces: account settings, action center, benefits, billing, customers, earnings, incentives, insights, membership, marketplace offers, referrals, or pricing.
Enhance Your Partner Experience with a Click
To get started, sign into the Partner Center dashboard and select the AI assistant icon in the upper-right corner of the page. To initiate a conversation with the assistant, choose a topic from the drop-down menu using Microsoft's built-in prompt guide or ask a question. Users can then ask additional questions to narrow in on the required response or write prompts as needed to home in on their answers. Users can start over or ask new questions by selecting the "refresh" icon in the upper-right corner of the AI assistant panel to reset the thread.
If you don't find what you are looking for, or if you would like to reach out to Support, you can use the Contact Support option at the bottom of the AI assistant screen to open a support ticket. The problem summary will automatically populate, and your conversation will be passed on to the support agent.
The Partner Center AI assistant allows Microsoft Azure partners to continuously train the model based on other kinds of questions users ask, leading to constant improvement and better responses from the AI assistant. However, like any other AI tool, all the answers generated by the AI assistant should also be double-checked.
This game-changing feature will assist Microsoft partners in delivering a better experience for your customers.
